Warranty Duration:
Our wall clocks come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Replacement within 30 Days:
If your wall clock stops working due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with a brand-new clock at no additional cost.

Warranty Claims (30 Days to 1 Year):
For claims made after the initial 30 days but within the 1-year warranty period, we will assist by sending the necessary replacement parts to resolve any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that occur under normal usage.

Warranty Exclusions:
Please note that the following are not covered by the warranty:

  • Wooden Polish: Any issues related to the polish or natural changes in the wood’s appearance over time.
  • Glass: Breakage or damage to the glass component.
  • Physical Damage: Damage caused by mishandling, improper installation, accidents, misuse, neglect, or other forms of physical damage.

    • Wood Polish: Changes in the appearance of the wood polish or natural variations in the wood.
