At Bayartsco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free return process to make things right.
Return Eligibility:
You have 7 days from the delivery date to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exclusions:
- Wall Clocks: Due to their delicate and fragile nature, wall clocks are exempt from our standard return policy and are marked as Final Sale. These items cannot be returned. However, if your clock arrives damaged during transit, we offer a replacement policy. Please contact us at help@bayartsco.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement.
- Personalized or Customized Items: These items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
How to Initiate a Return:
To begin the return process for eligible items, please email us at help@bayartsco.com with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return. We will respond with return instructions promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, the refund will be credited within a few days.
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
International Returns: For international returns, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs. These fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
